A lesson in modern art
Freya today followed her mother,s footsteps by joining the local art workshop ….Freya has been artistic right from the start and excelled just a few weeks ago at her first drama lesson …….modern art forms have taken the world by storm in recent years and Freya has grasped an understanding of this concept from a very young age ….indeed below is a picture of one of her early works …..we called it “the world of nodd”
The World Of Nodd
Now “the world of nodd” although one of Freya,s early works attracted a lot of attention in the art world but nothing was prepare us for the success of her second and so far most acclaimed work …..the idea was simple but affective and took the art world by storm ,the use of a simple blanket was all that was needed and just shows that you don,t need to pile bricks up on an art studio floor to produce modern art ..picture below Freya,s hugely acclaimed “The shroud of Freya”
The Shroud Of Freya
Well Freya,s reputation preceded her and the art workshop that Mummy and Freya attended today were keen to cash in ….as soon as they arrived Freya was the center of attention ….many calling her a natural ,the fact that she was asleep seemed to make little difference to her adoring fans and the head tutor went ahead and took this picture below calling it “at peace” ……Freya and Mummy were later to call it “bugger off i,m having a sleep”
Bugger Off I,m Having A Sleep
The trouble with any young artist is that the pressure to perform becomes intense and the chance of getting a good old kip becomes impossible in these situations and today was no exception …..woken from her slumber you can see in the picture below her almost pleading to be allowed to go back to sleep…..well either that or Mummy is in a lot of trouble for waking her up ….mmm could be the latter
Well once she had come round a bit it seems Freya enjoyed what was left of her art class taking the class by storm and helping Mummy to earn a well deserved certificate for their efforts (pictured below)
That was fantastic i was actually crying with laughter, my little princess is beautiful. I have a feeling she will be more of a historian like her Daddy .
I love this! The Shroud of Freya is very clever. And I thought I didn’t care for Modern Art. 🙂
